The resort is situated in a peaceful, cool valley, with a river at the back, providing a serene and natural environment. the rooms are comfortable and spacious, with a separate living room, AC in each room, and front and back terraces. the staff is friendly and accommodating, ensuring the guests' comfort and safety. the resort also offers a large pool with separate areas for kids and adults, along with attentive pool attendants. the breakfast spread is generous, with a variety of options to choose from.
One drawback is the lack of wifi in the rooms, which could be inconvenient who rely on internet access.

The resort was perfect for our family Christmas getaway. We were pleasantly surprised when we were upgraded to an executive two-bedroom cottage. The surroundings of the resort were clean and well-maintained, with a beautiful river at the back, creating a peaceful atmosphere. One of the best aspects of the room was the comfort it provided, with each room having its own AC and enough space for everyone. We also enjoyed spending time on both the front and back terraces, which offered great views of the surrounding valley.
There were a few negative aspects of our stay. The room's interior was a bit outdated and could use some improvement.

The staff were friendly and helpful and spoke a little English which was helpful as we didn't speak any Indonesian. The restaurant was lovely and open all day if you just wanted ot have coffee. Buffet breakfast was plentiful, more geared towards Indonesians than westerners but still fine. The grounds were beautiful and well maintained as was the pool.
The only suggestions I would have to make the stay more comfortable would be to have a refrigerator to keep drinks cool, and air conditioning in the room as well as cups so we could have made tea, there was an electric jug, water, sugar and a spoon but no milk or cups. The milk would have needed a refrigerator though.

Stayed at a resort in the Puncak area, it was a perfect place to relax. A good location that offers a peaceful environment. I enjoyed the fresh air, surrounded by lush green gardens, and heard a soothing sound from the river nearby. the pool area was clean, large, and seemed well-maintained with a beautiful view. Best Aspects: the room was spacious and had a great view of the valley. the bed was comfortable, and I slept well. the resort offered many activities, making it perfect if you travel with a family. They provided a shuttle to go to the nearby attractions.
The room was quite old-fashioned, and the design was boring. the maintenance of the room was poor, and the bathroom had stains on it.
